Sooooo. The Perimenopause...

Maybe it creeps up on you slowly, maybe it's like a freight train. In perimenopause our bodies our changing. It can be messy. Tough. Confusing. Upsetting. Unsettling. Depressing. Worrying. Depleting.

Yet I believe we can take back control. Making time for recovery and the creation of good physical and mental health. Managing stress. Preparing for better sleep. Sharing our journey in sisterhood. Beginning to control the controllables. Developing a roadmap.  Knowledge is power, and company is a blessing. We got this!

Let's ease ourselves into the journey first. Radically accept where we are and start to restore our minds, bodies and souls - together.

Sunday evenings in the run up to Christmas. You've been meaning to carve out some me time, right? Well, here it is. Sign off from the previous week in a relaxed, calm and replenished state. Put it to bed.  Begin the forthcoming week truly refreshed and with a renewed sense of resilience and optimism.
