What to bring?

A yoga mat (The 'sticky' kind - not an exercise mat which will slide on a floor)

A blanket (For padding, asa prop, to rest your head, to cover you up for the relaxation)

Water

 

What do I need know before class?

 

What to expect?

To go barefoot

To take time to assimilate the instructions for lots of new movements. Don't worry - you'll get it!

To move body bits you didn't realise you had, or that you'd forgotten about!

To ache a little after class after moving these bits.
